"Introduction to AI" for human service professionals is designed to provide a foundational understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in the field of human services. 

The class covers fundamental concepts of AI, including machine learning, natural language processing, and neural networks, with a focus on how these technologies can be leveraged to enhance service delivery, decision-making processes, and client interactions. Topics also include ethical considerations, potential biases, and the importance of human oversight in AI applications within the context of human services. This class set up professionals to be able to meaningfully explore practical ways to integrate AI responsibly and effectively into their programs, back office, and fundraising.
